Veteran Sarasota entrepreneur and civic leader Phil Chmieleski will become a partner at Kinetic Air Services. Working with Managing Partner industry vet Lee Senseman, his primary charge will be to lead the next phase of growth for Kinetic Air, building on the strong base and organization developed by the firm in its first two years of operation.

Kinetic’s immediate next thrust will be to expand its concierge comfort/HVAC residential client base. With Chmieleski’s addition the firm will also launch more heavily into new construction, as well as commercial applications; areas where Senseman holds considerable expertise.

Chmieleski has been a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services, as well as launching several successful real estate development and construction endeavors. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Connecticut and did post-grad work at the Wharton School of Business.
