With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, the Humane Society of Sarasota County announces its “Find Fur-Ever Love” campaign to help increase awareness of its shelter pets looking for adoption.
“You are twice as likely to meet your perfect match at HSSC because we have experienced Matchmakers to guide you through the adoption process,” said Kristi Dorman, Executive Director of the Humane Society of Sarasota County. “All of our shelter pets are looking for their special Valentine and fur-ever home.”
Adoption fees will be discounted during this campaign which kicks off on Tuesday, February 12th and will end on Saturday, February 16th. In addition, every adopter will receive a copy of HSSC’s inaugural calendar, ‘The RealHouse Pets of Sarasota County’ and be entered for a chance to win a free six-week K-9 Training Course or feline gift basket (an $80 value).
The Humane Society of Sarasota County is the area’s largest no-kill shelter and relies solely on private donations, bequests and community support to continue its mission to provide abandoned pets with compassionate care and shelter while promoting responsible pet ownership and securing permanent homes.
The Humane Society of Sarasota County is located at 2331 15th Street, Sarasota, FL 34237. Adoption hours are Tuesday – Friday, 11am - 6pm and Saturday, 10am -4pm.
