Players to Watch

We'll leave this to the experts.

MASN's Amber Theoharis takes a look at the O's Upside:

"Will the young arms like Brian MatuszJake ArrietaChris Tillman and Zach Britton become the pitchers many believed they could be?

Can international pitchers Wei-Yin Chen and Tsuyoshi Wada pitch as well in the major leagues as they did in Nippon Professional Baseball?

Will the light bulb finally go on for outfielder Nolan Reimold and first baseman Chris Davis?

In 2011, catcher Matt Wieters made huge strides defensively and won a Gold Glove. He also increased his power number with 22 homers, but the question remains: will Wieters hit for average? The switch-hitter batted just .262 in 2011."

A bit of player transaction news from Thurday. MASN's Steve Melewski reports that outfielder Matt Angle was just claimed off waivers by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Any Part of Oriole Park in Sarasota?

Beyond the color scheme and the gates, fans will find the seats very familiar as they're taken directly from Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Find the giant Oriole bobblehead in right field and check out the directional sign telling you how many miles each of the O's affiliates are. That's near the left field picnic area, which is also modeled after Camden Yards.
