Main Event: The Observer and the Observed at SFF
Check out this locally produced documentary at the Sarasota Film Festival.
If you are looking for something to do on this Monday night, the Sarasota Film Festival is in full gear. There are many great films playing tonight and throughout the week. At 6 p.m. tonight a locally shot and produced film, "The Observer and the Observed" is playing.
The film is a collaboration between Arts Center Sarasota and the Sarasota Partnership for Children's mental health. "The Observer and the Observed program paired Sarasota families with children dealing with mental illness and behavioral problems with local artists, who were charged with creating artistic interpretations of these families."
The movie was shot by local filmmaker Brad Bryan.
