While the company of dancers has gradually grown over the past four seasons to a total of 47 principals, soloists, coryphée, corps, trainees and apprentices, the administrative staff was kept to a bare minimum due to restricted finances. Thanks to the strong community support, and the yearly increase in subscribers and single ticket sales, the administrative staff has been expanded as well, the release said.

Servian's experience includes significant management positions in the banking industry as well as two terms as a city of Sarasota commissioner and mayor.
