EF Educational Homestay Program

Exchange Students Info
Boys ages 13-17 years old. (All the girls are placed)
100% medically insured
Students bring their own spending money
Students send profiles with photos, letters,
medical back grounds, English skills, etc. (Host families read the profiles and choose the student that would fit best for their family)
Students are studying English in school and want to come to Florida to improve their skills and learn about American culture first hand.
 
Spanish Students here July 5-30.
Chinese Students here August 2 - 17
  
Host Family Responsibilities
Provide a bed (Students can share a room with host family children, there is a 3 year age and same sex requirement.)
Three meals a day. (Many students love to cook food from their country for their host family.)
Transportation to a weekly field trip or course center M-F for the Chinese group.
Safe loving home, you don't have to be a millionaire to host!
Visit and application meeting in your home by our staff.
Host families provide 3 references. Go to Intelicorp site and enter your info for back ground check.
 
English must be the primary language spoken in the home.
Everyone is welcome to apply, families, couples, single parents, retirees!
Host Families Receive 24 hour a day staff back up.
Host family high school students receive 60 community service hours towards Bright Futures.
