 ar at  the Kiwanis Hall. A number of  experts in college admissions will
  be guest speakers on topics from how  to find the right college for you
 \, getting in\, scoring your best of the  SAT/ACT\,&nbsp\; financial aid
 \, and writing the college essay.\n&nbsp\;The Seminars are free and open
  to the public and will offer handouts\, breakout  sessions\, and refres
 hments.\nThe 3 workshops are:Sat.\, June 16 from 9am-11:30am&nbsp\; - Ge
 tting into College and Paying for ItTues.\, June 19 from 5:30pm-7:30pm -
 &nbsp\; Test Prep Workshop - Scoring Your Best on the PSAT/SAT/ACTThurs.
 \, June 21 from 5:30pm-7:30pm - Application BootCamp:&nbsp\; Writing the
  College EssayThese  are great opportunities for our area college-bound 
 high school students  and their parents.&nbsp\; Last year's programs wer
 e attended by over 200 area  students/parents/guidance counselors.\nThe 
 Manatee  Education Foundation\, the Manatee Community Foundation and  SA
 CAC's  Extend the Dream grants are funding this series of college  couns
 eling  workshops for area college-bound students and their parents.
