  from physical conflicts. Our goal is to help kids stay alert while stay
 ing relaxed. Aikido is fun! Cooperative training and games teach physica
 l\, mental\, and emotional flexibility in a safe and fun environment. An
 d\, the practice and techniques help develop coordination that transfers
  to most any kind of sport.\nNo contract required and no extra fees for 
 testing\, belts\, etc. Affordable and fun: Typical monthly costs are $60
  to $75 with discounts for additional family members. Kids' classes are
