360 Degrees PR, a Sarasota-based public relations agency, welcomes Yen Reed as Director of Public Relations.
With over a decade of public relations and communications experience, Reed is a seasoned business-to-business communications professional with extensive knowledge in corporate communications, media, community relations and new media. She understands the power of the press and the impact of a positive corporate reputation.
In her new role, Reed is responsible for public relations and account management activities, including business development, media relations and social media management for the agency’s clients.

Most recently, she handled the public relations, marketing and media at Goodwill Manasota.

As a graduate of the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, Reed is extremely active in the local Sarasota and Manatee communities. She currently serves on the board of the Florida Public Relations Association Central West Coast Chapter (FRPA CWC) and Junior League of Sarasota. Reed is also on the fundraising committees of the Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC) and Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida.
She is a graduate of the Leadership Sarasota County program. A believer in giving back to the community, Reed received The President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2012 and 2013 from the Corporation for National and Community Service.
Originally from Malaysia, she speaks three languages and spends her free time with her 5-year-old twin girls.
