Bright Oaks Group Announces New Senior Living Communities in Gulf Coast & Inland Florida

Bright Oaks Group – an Illinois based company – is developing senior living communities in Naples, Wildwood, Fort Myers, Sun City and Tampa, with 15 more Florida and Southeastern communities planned.

Combined, the new communities will create hundreds of professional positions when fully operational. These include nurses, aides, other medical and personal care providers, administrators and physical therapy specialists. "We seek to find the best and brightest talent in the industry who want to make a difference and innovate the quality of care," said Nader Kameli, CEO of Bright Oaks Group. "Our employees are the soul of the company and the cornerstone of any successful mission." The developments will also contribute much to their respective regions’ business, civic and social growth opportunities by adding jobs in the local construction industry, a segment that has been hit particularly hard by the recent downturn in the economy.

Bright Oaks assisted living communities will boast highly trained and experienced staff who engage residents and families in a vibrant atmosphere, celebrating residents’ individual personalities and life experiences to create new and lasting memories. “Our operating philosophy is to understand every resident and create a uniquely personal home for everyone who walks through our doors,” said Kameli. “Each Bright Oaks community is designed as a customized living space that allows its residents to live together and experience a culture that occurs naturally in a community of people with similar goals and desires, enhanced by the feel of tightly connected neighborhoods.”

The communities are investing in the industry’s most advanced technologies, including the latest physical and mental health sciences, tools and techniques, to help residents achieve the best possible health care results. “We will apply evidence-based care techniques and high-touch methodologies that result in the best outcomes that not only delight our residents but satisfies their families and physicians,” continues Kameli. “Emotions and life experiences of individuals will be acknowledged and celebrated everyday … and our collective will be focused on creating rejuvenating, new experiences for our residents and their loved ones.”

Bright Oaks communities will also include state-of-the-art secure memory neighborhoods designed to accommodate residents who require specialized attention. “With Bright Oaks memory care, we focus on providing a secure place of compassion, respect and hope for families and their loved ones living with Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s, Lewy-Body and other dementias,” said Kameli. The Naples community is set to break ground in the summer of 2014 with an expected completion in 2015.

Many Bright Oaks properties will offer “The Bridge,” an innovative concept which enables couples to continue to live together, even when one needs memory-related care. “The Bridge neighborhoods offer couples the comforts of staying together to maintain the  emotional bonds and loving support that are so essential in times of need,” according to Kameli, “We  believe love and comfort of the most familiar and caring person is essential to serenity of daily living and eases adapting to a new environment. The need for a secured and safe environment should not be the reason for separation between loving couples.”

Bright Oaks of Fort Myers and Bright Oaks of Wildwood will feature multiple neighborhoods for both assisted living and memory care residents. The assisted living environment makes it seamless for residents to add healthcare services as they age. Both communities will break ground in the fall of 2014 with an expected completion in 2015.
