Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Lynne Koy Sells $6.8M Longboat Key Home

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Previews® Property Specialist  Lynne Koy has closed on a $6.8 million residence at 6001 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key.

The buyers, who are long-time clients of Koy, have worked closely with her for three years to find their dream home, searching on Siesta Key, Casey Key, Lido Key and the mainland bay front before finding this property.
