Cops making monthly quota

I live in Palm Aire, which means I have to travel Whitfield ave to get to my house where I have lived for 20+ years. Instead of out trying to catch criminals there hide and radar cars on a road you can see ahead of you for miles. There are no homes along this road. No children or walkers to worry about, yet they sit there and give out tickets to make the end of the month quotas ! This is your tax paying money at its best !
