International Property Specialist Esther Maisch Joins RE/MAX Alliance Group in Englewood, Florida

ENGLEWOOD, FLORIDA – Esther Maisch has joined RE/MAX Alliance Group as a Realtor in the Englewood office. Born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland, she specializes in international clients, with a focus on vacation homes and condominiums, vacant land, new construction and smaller businesses, especially motels and bed and breakfasts (B&Bs), which are particularly in demand with European investors. “The RE/MAX brand is well recognized in central Europe,” she said.

 

An area resident for 15 years, Maisch has 13 years of local real estate experience, last serving with RE/MAX Hometown Properties. She has earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations.

 

Every fall and spring, she tours major cities in Europe as a keynote speaker about Florida real estate and investments. She is fluent in several languages, including French, German and Italian.

           

Maisch earned a degree in Business Economics in Zurich and has traveled extensively throughout Europe. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked as a multilingual office manager for a pan-European construction company. She enjoys boating, entertaining, cooking, walking her dog, and spending time with her family in her seaside Englewood home.
