Kirk-Pinkerton Adds Shareholder, Expands Bradenton Office

Kirk-Pinkerton, P.A. is pleased to announce that Stephen Mathew "Matt" Whyte has joined the firm as a shareholder. Whyte will focus on matters involving personal injury, wrongful death and civil litigation. He is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar and brings over 14 years of legal experience to the firm’s growing personal injury practice.

The addition of Whyte is part of the Sarasota-based law firm's ongoing plans to expand its downtown Bradenton office and its presence in Manatee County. Kirk-Pinkerton's Bradenton office, located at 1301 6th Ave. W., will soon be the part-time home to Whyte and fellow shareholder Rebecca J. Proctor, who handles matters involving elder law, guardianship and estate planning.

“We were impressed by Matt's legal experience and strong ties to the community," said Kirk-Pinkerton CEO Bill Robertson. "He and his family have called Bradenton home for over 17 years, and the relationships he has built during that time will be a huge asset to him as our firm continues to grow throughout the region."
