Oral Health Resolutions:

·         Take a travel toothbrush for use after meals. The longer foods stay stuck to your teeth, the higher the chances of enamel erosion due to acid. For extra clean chompers, be sure to floss daily to ensure no food particles are left behind.

·         Eat a healthy diet. This tip doesn’t just help you get that bathing suit body you have been dreaming about. By avoiding sugary and acidic foods you are preventing further damage to your pearly whites that are easily damaged by sugar and acid.

·         Visit your dentist regularly to ensure healthy teeth. When you get your check-up, dentists don’t just clean your teeth, they also check for signs of other serious oral health issues. Even better, they can answer questions and provide tips that will help you keep your smile healthy and bright throughout the year. Need a dentist? Visit www.greatexpressions.com for one near you.
