Having lived and worked in 45 states, Kathi O said she has “found paradise in Southwest Florida” living on Manasota Key. She holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and has served on the My Florida Regional MLS Committee for three years.

Prior to entering real estate, Kathi O worked in the marine industry as a manufacturer's sales representative, finding “second homes” (cruisers and pleasure yachts), runabouts and fishing boats for people who love the water as much as she does.
