TreeUmph! Adventure Course Now Booking Zombie Zip Tours

Evening Haunted Walk and Zip Line Tour Begins October 18th and Runs Friday & Saturday Nights, Benefits All Faiths Food Bank

Bradenton, Florida – September 24, 2013 – TreeUmph! Adventure Course, Southwest Florida’s first treetop obstacle course, is now booking reservations for its exciting Halloween-themed Zombie Zip tours. Open to thrill-seekers aged 9+, entry for the haunted walk and zombie zip line is just $20, or only $17 with a non-perishable food item to benefit All Faiths Food Bank. Guests are encouraged to reserve their tour soon, as space is limited and expected to sell out.

The Zombie Zip tour is the only Halloween-themed zipline experience in the region, pairing plenty of unexpected scares with the park’s popular treetop thrills. Daring adventurers will meander through a designated path on the dark 14-acre forest for the haunted walk through zombie land, where terrors, zombies and frights appear at every turn – and from above! The tour ends with TreeUmph!’s signature Triumph Zip line, a 650-foot-long zip line through the trees at over 60’ high. “Our lush forest sets the perfect scene for Halloween and the spine-tingling, one-of-a-kind Zombie Zip experience,” said Kathy Corr, co-owner of TreeUmph! Adventure Course. “Eerie sounds and spooky characters lurk in the dark as guests take the terrifying walk through zombie land. Those brave enough to continue end their journey with an unforgettable nighttime flight through our treetop canopy.”

Zombie Zip tours begin on Friday, October 18th and run every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30pm – 10:30pm until Saturday, November 2nd. Registrants must be at least 9 years of age to enjoy both the Zombie Zip and haunted walk. All guests will be fitted with a safety harness and tested for climbing and zip lining abilities before departure. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian prior to departure on the Zombie Zip adventure. Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by a ticketed adult for supervision. Guests are permitted to wear costumes that do not include loose or shredded clothing.
