As Lakewood Ranch celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, now is the perfect time to reflect on some of the changes in our master planned community, especially the idea of a “season” with regard to real estate sales. With an average of 250 homes on the market heading into summer, inventory is still very low and now may be the optimal time to consider placing your home on the market.
