Rich Fleischer Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Rich Fleischer has become affiliated with the company’s Sarasota Home office as the Director of Relocation Services. In this position, Fleischer will be responsible for managing all relocation activities in Florida.

Fleischer began his professional career in 2002 as an assistant branch manager for Northwest Savings Bank in Warren, Pennsylvania. He then worked as a Senior Loan Officer for New England Moves Mortgage LLC (affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage), where he successfully created home mortgages for Coldwell Banker’s Relocation Division and Boston offices. In 2004, he received the Fast Star Award for exceptional sales production.

Fleischer was also the Southern California Relocation manager for NRT LLC/Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. In this position, he directly managed a team of 12 relocation consultants and an administration support staff. Fleischer also oversaw all of the referral activities for 61 branch offices throughout Southern California.

Throughout his career, Fleischer has also managed to acquire the Certified Relocation Professional designation. He is also a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and the Relocation Directors Council.

Fleischer holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
