Community Update

Shoppers, be careful. I paid for an item & they promised to ship it. When I didn't receive it, I started calling. They use an answering machine & it says they are not available & hang up. This happened for over a week. Finally reached the owner & he said they're too busy to answer the phone. Said he'd check on my order & call back in 10 minutes. After several days & no call, he finally was able to reach him again & he told me I'm not the center of the universe. I asked for a refund & he hung up. Thank goodness I used a credit card & can dispute the charge.
