Family needs Help

I have 2 children with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). My son lost his battle to CF December 2,2012 he was 25 years old. My daughter is 24 and has just been evaluated for a double lung transplant. Before she is able to be placed on the transplant list she has to comply with all her medications. One of the medications is Pulmozyme. Insurance will only pay for once a day use and Doctors want her to take it twice a day. A box of Pulmozyme is $3000 for a months supply. Our other problem is getting my daughter back and forth from North Port to Gainesville. I have a 2003 Ford Exployor that will not make these trips as it needs alot of work. I am asking the community for any help they can give my family.
