Café L’Europe has planned an enchanting first Forks & Corks Wine Dinner with two very special guests: Tom Porter of Porter Family Vineyards and Alistair Soper, Winemaker for Highfield Estate. The inaugural F&C wine dinner will be held on Saturday, January 25, at the legendary L’Europe on St. Armands Circle, at 6:30 pm.

Betsie Coolidge, owner of Sarasota’s “original” fine dining restaurant, is honored that Tom and Beverly Porter, who have a home in Sarasota requested L’Europe as the restaurant for their Forks & Corks Winemaker dinner.

Making the dinner a match-made pairing, Alistair Soper, who is the winemaker for New Zealand’s Highfield Estate will also be showing his wines, which for two years in a row has won Forks & Corks “Best in Show”.

Café L’Europe Chef Rolando Casillas has planned a five-star, five-course masterpiece to bring out the intricate layers of these specially selected wines.
