Gateway to Arm Balancing w/ Yogini Mara

Bakasana, eka pada koundinyasana, parsva bakasana, mukta hasta sirsasana....sound like gibberish? While they are certainly a mouthful these sanskrit words also refer to just a few of the arm balances you may hear regularly cued in your favorite yoga class. This workshop will focus on some of the “gateway” arm balances by finding proper alignment and working on strengthening postures that will help you find your feet in your hands. No previous arm balancing experience is necessary. We will fall, we will laugh, we may even curse a little, but we WILL have fun!
