Hawaiian Barbeque, Full bar with Beer, wine, and Liquor is free admittance to the public and promises a different experience than the usual Bridge Street Markets held at the same location, 117 Bridge Street. Melissa Enders, event coordinator explains, "With fewer art and craft vendors, there will be plenty of space for folks to bring their own blankets and chairs and sit back and enjoy the band with a cold beer and tasty Hawaiian BBQ provided by Island Time bar and Grill and Bridge Street Bistro”.

For those who can't sit still dancing, hula hooping, life size Jenga and shopping are welcome at this family-friendly event. There will also be a costume contest for the best dressed Hawaiian look. We will also see how LOW you can go with luau Limbo game. The local island band, Tangled Mangos, will be playing 7-10 and has been playing on Anna Maria Island regular gigs also throughout Sarasota, Tampa/St. Pete. We also have Frank Catalina on the steel Drums, a solo artist from St. Pete starting our evening off from 5-7. They offer an energetic blend of island perfect music sure to heat up one of the last summer nights this season. The event will happen in the same lot used for the popular Sunday Markets held November-April and the Summer Saturday evening markets on historic Bridge Street, adjacent to the Fish Hole Adventure Golf.
