RENOVATION WITH NEW CHEF, NEW MENU AND NEW STAFF

Sneak Peek Preview Parties for

October with Official Re-Opening November 1          

LAKEWOOD RANCH – Polo Grill and Bar is one of Lakewood Ranch’s favorite places to dine
since opening in 2007.  Locally owned and

operated by Chef Tommy Klauber and Jaymie Klauber, the restaurant, lounge and
ballroom (operating as Fete Catering & Ballroom) is the destination for
weddings, celebrations, power lunches, intimate dinners, corporate functions,
live music and entertainment.

Now, after a massive
renovation and introduction of a new Executive Chef and Director of Catering
Sales, the neighborhood establishment is poised to offer even more to its
guests and catering clients.  The new Polo

Grill will feature a modern and comfortable aesthetic, exciting global cuisine,

a 6,000 bottle wine cellar and craft cocktails, as well as  an additional private dining room, called the
Tack Room, able to accommodate as many as 75 guests for meetings or festive
occasions.

The restaurant also has new
leadership, appointing Stephane Pierre as Executive Chef over food and beverage
services.  Chef Pierre has over 25 years
of culinary experience, starting as a fish cleaner in a restaurant in Brussels to working his
way up to Executive Chef for the Royal Family of Belgium and attaining the rank
of Certified Master Chef.

Keri Tryba has been named
Director of Catering Sales, serving as primary contact for weddings, corporate meetings
and special event dining.  Ms. Tryba
worked previously for Tyndale House Publishers, serving as an event coordinator
in author relations.

To celebrate the relaunch,
aptly named “Polo Grill 2.0,” the restaurant will hold three “sneak peek”
parties beginning October 11.  The

parties start at 6 PM and are themed around Chef meet and greets, restaurant
tours and menu tastings.  All sneak peek parties

are open to the public, however, those on the Polo Grill e-mail list will

The grand relaunch party
is scheduled for November 1 and will require tickets for admittance.  Tickets are $20 per person and will feature hot

and cold appetizers, live entertainment, dancing, raffle prizes and free

giveaways.  Additional details will be
