Yin Style Tai Chi: Ultimate Movement & Breathing

balance, & calm the nervous system.

Master Cody has 44 yrs of knowledge both in the internal and external
fields of martial arts, and will teach you the foundation & reasoning
behind this beautiful art.  Come
experience his class!  Flexible hours and
opportunities to practice with various payment plans.  All classes have beautiful music &
essential oils!
