The Star Keeper Cafe may be Sarasota's best kept secret. They offer a fantastic and fresh breakfast and lunch menu and the atmosphere is so cozy, you feel as if you are eating at Grandma's house. But every Monday they bring in some of the area's best talent for their Open Mic Night in their back yard garden.
Star Keeper Cafe will host a special Open Mic Night on Monday, March 3rd to help raise much needed funds for the shelter pets at the Humane Society of Sarasota County. For every beer or glass of wine sold Star Keeper Cafe will donate $1.00 and challenges customers to do the same. All money raised goes to HSSC, our area's largest no-kill shelter.
Big MAC (HSSC's Mobile Adoption Center) will also be there with several adorable adoptables. Open Mic Night begins at 6pm. The Star Keeper Cafe is located at 1734 Bamboo Lane in downtown Sarasota. Click here to view on map.
