Learn how to walk adoptable Cat Depot cats on a leash and harness to provide the cats with much needed physical and mental stimulation.

In a shelter environment, we try to provide as much stimulation for the cats and kittens as possible to reduce stress and boredom. Teaching cats and kittens to walk on a leash not only provides stimulation, it improves social skills and increases their ability to adapt to new environments. It can also bring attention to some cats who normally do not stand out in a large group, increasing their chances of getting adopted.
