Cat Depot Presents "Caring for your Aging Cat"

Directed at preventing premature aging, proactive therapy, minimizing physical and emotional stress, and meeting the special needs of your elderly feline.

Indoor cats now live an average of 15 years, and it is not uncommon to see cats 18 to 20 years of age. The “Caring for your aging cat” presentation is directed at preventing premature aging, proactive therapy, minimizing physical and emotional stress, and meeting the special needs of your elderly feline. Common conditions such as hyperthyroidism, renal failure, heart disease, cancer and arthritis will be discussed. 

Q & A immediately following the presentation.  

All attendees will be entered into a raffle to win a geriatric work up at West Coast Veterinary Center which will include complete blood work (CBC, Chem 27, T4 and Urinalysis) along with 2 radiograph views or other fun prizes.  

Fee: 
$5 donation at the door or a bag of unopened dry cat food (any brand) to be used for Cat Depot’s Community Cat Food Bank.  

About the Speaker:
Dr. Terah Browning has been practicing veterinary medicine for over ten years and is currently a partner at West Coast Veterinary Center that provides medical, surgical and holistic care for small animals. Dr. Terah Browning has been a Cat Depot Honored Vet since 2009.
