1. According to the Sarasota Police Department, Shawn Tyson has been charged as an adult for his April 7 arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officially, Tyson has not been charged as an adult in the , but Capt. Paul Sutton said "I anticipate that he will be tried as an adult."

2. Noise Ordinance is an all-day music festival on Saturday and is hosted by the ,  975 Cattlemen Rd. Come out and listen to some great, local live music for the 2nd annual event. 3. The 3rd annual   APT tennis tournament is set to kick off this weekend. Main-draw competition in singles and doubles will begin at 11 am Monday, April 25, through April 29, while the tournament semifinals and championship matches are slated to begin at 1 pm on April 30 and May 1.
