5 Things You Need to Know Today: April 22

1. According to the Sarasota Police Department, Shawn Tyson has been charged as an adult for his April 7 arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officially, Tyson has not been charged as an adult in the , but Capt. Paul Sutton said "I anticipate that he will be tried as an adult."

2. Noise Ordinance is an all-day music festival on Saturday and is hosted by the ,  975 Cattlemen Rd. Come out and listen to some great, local live music for the 2nd annual event. There will be 39 bands playing on two stages from noon - 2am. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 the day of. For more information, head over to http://www.noiseordinancecd.com

3. The 3rd annual   APT tennis tournament is set to kick off this weekend. Main-draw competition in singles and doubles will begin at 11 am Monday, April 25, through April 29, while the tournament semifinals and championship matches are slated to begin at 1 pm on April 30 and May 1.
