Bicyclist In Critical Condition
A bicyclist struck at Lime Avenue and 10th Street Tuesday morning is in critical condition, according to the Sarasota Police Department.
A bicyclist struck at Lime Avenue and 10th Street Tuesday morning is in critical condition at Blake Medical Center, according to the Sarasota Police Department.
At about 7:09 a.m. the Sarasota Police Department Traffic Unit responded to 10th Street and Lime Ave for a crash involving a bicyclist and a GMC SUV where the GMC traveled north on Lime when the bicyclist, William J. McCullough, 39, crossed the lane in front of the SUV, according to police.
McCullough was flown by helicopter to Blake Medical Center in Bradenton for critical injuries, but he is in stable condition, according to police.
