Let me guess....he was a diabetic which was the "medical condition". If they want to make drunks do a breathilzer to start their cars, then why don't they make diabetics do a finger stick before they start their car? That old man in California who ran over and killed/injured 80 people several years ago had a "medical condition" too. In a parking lot several years ago another diabetic had a "medical condition" and plowed into 8 cars. He had his foot to the floorboards and was just burning his tires up when they removed him from the van. One girl had just gotten her car that very day. Their own insurances had to pay for the damage. It was an "act of God". I personally think after 70, people should have to be re-tested every year.

First of all that was my Dad and he is not a diabetic. He also is one of the best drivers I have ever known. He is extremely healthy and people think he is twenty years younger than he really is. He was driving home from depot store and was not drinking!! They continue to run tests on him.
