Bradenton Woman Arrested in Connection with 7-Eleven Robbery

A Bradenton woman has been arrested in connection with the armed robbery at 7-Eleven on Clark Road on August 18, according to Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.

The clerk reported that a woman wearing a blonde wig and a black hooded sweatshirt entered the store about 4:40 a.m., told her she had a gun and demanded money from both registers and three cartons of cigarettes.

During the investigation, the clerk was contacted by her ex-sister-in-law, Constance Carol Newbeck, who apologized for robbing her and admitted she used a real gun.
