Rapid Composites, LLC has leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 6222 Porter Road, in Sarasota, from Brazos XX, LLC.  Roberta Kolton, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, facilitated the transaction.

Khalea Limited Family Partnership has leased 3,804 square feet of office space at 7313 Merchant Court, in Sarasota, from the Diocese of SW Florida, Inc.  DeLieto & Associates, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the lessee.  Debbie Anglin, of Ian Black, represented the lessor.

Bonus Properties, Inc. has sold 11,940 square feet of industrial space at 325 Cattlemen Road, in Sarasota, to Juan Soriano.  Sale price was $570,000.  DeLieto & Associates, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the seller.  Davie Greenberg of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer.

Caravel Brazil, LLC has leased 1,150 square feet of industrial space at 3243 81st Court East, in Bradenton, to R.A. Connelly, Inc.  Roberta Kolton, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, facilitated the transaction.
