Cutting Loose Salon Managers Complete Business Training at ‘Champ Camp’

Cutting Loose Salon is proud to announce that three members of its management team:  Molly Dennehy, Ashley Pawelczyk, and Taelor Scheuer, have graduated from Champ Camp, a business training program by Inspiring Champions that provides growing professionals with key business skills, knowledge, strategies and proven systems.  Education is at the forefront of Cutting Loose Salon, and each team member is encouraged to advance.   Champ Camp provided training and leadership skills to Cutting Loose Salon managers that will empower them to lead more effectively and provide them with an opportunity to grow. 

“My time at Champ Camp helped me grow in the field that I am passionate about,” says Scheuer.  “You’re either moving forward or backward. There is no standing still. We should be consistently educating ourselves, to better the guest, the salon, and ourselves.”

Champ Camp is just a part of Cutting Loose’s ongoing commitment to educating its team members.   The Salon also provides weekly in-salon training sessions in which it addresses all aspects of hair cutting, coloring and texturing services, as well as teaching methodology, systems and culture of raising the standards and levels of professionalism.  Team members also have the opportunity to
attend Intercoiffure Mondial which meets twice a year to forecast the fashion trends for the hairdressing industry.
