The Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA will be holding their annual Awareness Day by celebrating with an open house. There will be lawn games, demonstrations, free classes and a drawing for a free membership.
This is an opportunity to learn more about the Society, the health benefits of tai chi and learn a few moves to experience the health benefits of practicing this ancient art.
We will begin our day at the Farmer's Market so you can look for us there. Later in the day join us at our Sarasota Branch on Lockwood Ridge Road (just south off of Bee Ridge) for games, refreshments and a chance to meet the fully accredited instructors.
