Sarasota Area Dirt Riders to Host Florida Trail Riders Series
Races feature competitors of all ages from Pee Wees kids to Super Seniors.
The Sarasota Area Dirt Riders spent the weekened getting its track ready to host the Florida Trail Riders Hare Scrambles series on Feb. 16 and 17 off Clay Gully Road in Myakka City.
Florida Trail Riders bring dirt bike and ATV races all over the state. Competitors range in age from Pee Wee to Super Seniors, which includes competiors in their 60s.
Gate fees are $10 for the weekend. Gates, 40715 Clay Gully Road, Myakka City, open at 3 p.m. on Friday. For information call Randy Faul (863) 244-3709.
