Brandy Needs a Home
Each week, Sarasota Patch will feature a pet from the Humane Society of Sarasota County.
Our adoptable pet of the week is Brandy.
Brandy came to the shelter because the new landlord didn't approve of her. She had a hard time at the shelter, so much noise and things happening that she just didn't understand.
She is a little shy when you first meet her but it doesn't take for her long to warm up and be your best friend.
Brandy is living with this crazy dog, also from the shelter, named Oreo and a very fun lab named KoKo. That tells you how much she likes other dogs. She loves to lie next to her foster and of course have her belly rubbed anytime. Brandy's foster Mom says she learns new things very quickly.
When Brandy left the shelter she weighed about 45 pounds but her foster Mom has made her feel so loved that her appetite, well lets just say her weight is up a little.
Brandy would love to meet you but you will need to call the shelter and ask about an appointment.
