They charged us for a "damaged" propeller and made us buy a replacement. When we asked them if we could keep the old propeller, since it was no longer any good, they said no, that they were going to fix it.
So why did we need to buy a new one for them if they could just fix the one we supposedly broke??? As if paying $150 for a ski boat rental wasn't enough. So they got to make an extra $100 plus tax for a part which cost $40 to buy and nothing to replace. Since the employees are on an hourly wage, they don't get paid anything extra to install. It took them 5 minutes for them to install it, so there was no need for us to paid parts and labor.
You're better off going somewhere else.

Jung Charters does not rent ski boats. So clearly authurA was talking about one of the several boat rental businesses in town.
