St. Armands Circle Art Festival The 8th annual art festival will be returning to St. Armands Circle this weekend. The festival is free and runs from 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday. 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' The Sarasota Film Festival, as part of its Moonlight Movie series, is showing the children's film, "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" tonight at Phillippi Shores Elementary School, 4747 S.
