Dean Hunter is a Broker-Associate and Commercial Director of the KW Commercial Division of Keller Williams Realty of Manatee, whose market center is in Bradenton, FL.  He has been with Keller Williams since April, 2009.  He is also a partner in Suncoast Commercial Group.

Mr. Hunter has been in the real estate industry since 1971, relocating to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in 1989, from Dayton, Ohio.  He currently holds the National Association of Realtors, CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage Manager) and AHWD (At Home with Diversity) designations.

Mr. Hunter is a past member of the Keller Williams Realty ALC (Agent Leadership Council) and the Realtor Attorney Joint Committee at the Sarasota Association of Realtors in Sarasota. He also participates in a monthly Commercial Mastermind group through the KW Commercial North Florida Region.  He has completed Keller Williams BOLD training, graduating in 2009.  His vision is to build and expand a successful Commercial Division while maintaining quality service and integrity to the Sarasota/Bradenton commercial real  estate community.
