Would anyone guess that I have been to over 35 Bruce Springsteen concerts? I bet you can guess that our tailgating is focused on good Jersey food, no matter where we are in the country. Grilled Italian sauasages, Jersey tomaotes shipped in for the occasion when in season and some backstreet brew as we like to call it.

As a professional chef for 30 years, I still crave a great juicy and subtly greasy cheeseburger with a slab of raw onion and melted cheddar cheese with french fries dipped in mayo.
